The store's range includes natural botanical products for local personal hygiene and comfort, cosmetic formulas for daily care, as well as herbal food supplements created to support overall physical tone. The exact composition, volume and specifics of the formulas are listed on the product pages. Photographic materials are for illustrative purposes; the actual packaging may show minor variations.

An order is considered complete after the final checkout step. We send an email confirmation; the distance contract takes effect the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier. We reserve the right to decline an order if stock is exhausted or valid data is missing, in which case we refund the entire amount paid.

Listed prices are in BGN and include VAT where applicable. The shipping fee is calculated before final payment. Available methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In case of an evident technical error in the price, we reserve the option to correct it before shipping, giving you the choice to confirm or cancel.

Shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and rates are outlined in the dedicated shipping and payment section. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon physical receipt of the parcel.

Images reflect actual batches prepared for dispatch. Color representation depends on screen calibration, software, and ambient light; subtle tone discrepancies therefore do not constitute a manufacturing defect and do not provide grounds for claims or compensation. Volumes, botanical ingredients, and excipients are detailed in the product profile of each item.

We take responsibility for the parcel until the courier delivers it to you or an authorized recipient at the specified address. After delivery, any damage or loss becomes your responsibility. If external package damage is observed, request a damage report on the spot and notify us within 48 hours.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions detailed in the returns section. All goods are subject to the statutory warranty of conformity under the Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods in the Republic of Bulgaria, with defects covered only when the storage instructions have been followed and within the indicated shelf life.

• Products made to the customer's individual order or tailored to their personal requirements
• Goods with a limited shelf life or prone to rapid deterioration of their physicochemical properties
• Sealed cosmetic products intended for local application and food supplements opened after delivery, which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (in accordance with Art. 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act)
• Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other substances due to their nature
• Printed materials, specialized usage brochures or sealed information carriers whose protective wrapping has been broken after receipt

The contractual and non-contractual liability of Botanica Vera EOOD for proven direct damages is limited to the actually paid value of the order or an amount not exceeding the BGN equivalent of 100 euros. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit statutory liabilities that cannot be derogated from under applicable law.

Placing an order requires a minimum age of 18 years. Herbal extracts and hygiene products must be used strictly according to the package instructions, and in no way do they replace an individual medical examination.

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria and the directly applicable acts of the European Union govern all legal relations under these terms, with disputes arising subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the city of Sofia. If a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it is referred to the competent court at the company's registered seat, without depriving the consumer of the rights available at their permanent address.
