Delivery & Payment
Botanika Vera EOOD carries out regular deliveries of botanical personal care items and food supplements throughout the Republic of Bulgaria through licensed courier operators. Every order is handled with care for the physical protection of the shipment and the preservation of the natural qualities of the ingredients used.

Stated timeframes include only business days from handover to the courier. For remote destinations, a 1-2 day delay may occur.
- For orders over 75 лв in Bulgaria, shipping costs are covered by us; below this threshold, the fee is 5.50 лв.
- Courier delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days from the moment the parcel is dispatched.
- Orders placed before 14:30 on a business day are processed and dispatched that same afternoon.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the factory packaging is intact and the product has not been used.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders received before 14:30 on weekdays are prepared and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, are processed on the next business day. Once the order is finalized, the system sends an email confirmation with an order number.
The products are placed in opaque protective shipping boxes with shock-absorbing inner padding, and every factory package has a heat-resistant barrier, a tamper-evident ring and protective film to preserve microbiological purity during transport.
Tracking your parcel
After the shipment is handed over to the courier service, the customer automatically receives an email and SMS with an individual waybill number for regularly tracking the status of the shipment.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the logistics system does not show any progress on the shipment within 5 business days, please notify us at [email protected] and include the reference number. We will initiate an official inquiry with the carrier and, within 10 business days of your notice, will arrange a new shipment or refund the amount according to your instructions.
Damaged on arrival
If damage to the outer packaging or the contents is found upon receipt, it is necessary to immediately draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, photograph the damage, and send a notification to [email protected] within 24 hours.
Payment methods
We support Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Company staff would never request card numbers or online banking passwords via email or phone call.
Delivery outside Bulgaria
We ship to a specific list of countries. The rates and estimated timeframes for each destination are shown when finalizing the order. Any customs fees and import duties remain the recipient's responsibility.
